I will now explain what a messer point is and why they are used.
A Messer is someone who messes us around, by Booking into a meeting, and then not showing, talking in races, warping during races, back chatting any Admin members.
You are allowed 3 messer points, after which you will recieve a 1 meeting ban from this forumla.
After the first ban, it will be repeated after every 2 messer points.
Swearing, abuse, rule breaking and racing incidents are not messer points, these will be dealt with seperately.
